British clients of the online gaming group betandgame.com are being relocated to JAXX UK Ltd in a deal that includes all current deposits and outstanding bets on more than 17,000 customer’s accounts.

This ends several weeks of gossips regarding the future of betandgame.com. Betandgame.com is an operating brand of the UK licensed bookmaker, B&G International plc launched 5 years ago. JAXX UK Ltd. is the UK based division of FLUXX AG, a leading Germany gaming and lottery company.

“All betandgame.com members will have their interests’ protected” said B&G International plc, “having all their accounts safeguarded at JAXX UK Ltd.”

JAXX UK Ltd is an early business, being launched in 2007 but even so, the company expanded rapidly owing to its intuitive design, innovative betting options and a series of strategic partnership agreements with AOL UK, Lycos UK and Newcastle United, among others.
